To achieve the above objective and satisfy our customer expectations, the Company is totally committed to implementing, maintaining, reviewing and continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through effective audits so as to meet the requirements of Australian Standard / New Zealand Standard / International Standard AS/NZS ISO9001:2008.

We shall focus our resources, both human and technical, towards the prevention of quality deficiencies to try and satisfy the organisational goal of “right first time; every time”.

The successful operation of the system relies upon the co-operation and involvement of personnel at all levels, working together as a team member. Our commitment to quality will ensure the continued success of our company and the satisfaction of customers and staff.

In order to maintain the integrity of the system the Director – Special Projects will gain, for submission to me, approval and authorisation for implementation, amendments or re-sets of the Quality Policy goals and objectives.

This Policy Statement will be reviewed when changes occur.
